HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC

 

Ron Rittiner is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He has successfully completed training as a Home Inspector at the Kaplan/Inspector Training Associates (ITA) which offers the only curriculum endorsed by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  Ron has also demonstrated his knowledge of home inspections by successfully completing the National Home Inspection Exam.  Also, Ron has completed training for fireplace inspections at the Kaplan/ITA Fireplace Inspection Training course and as a mold assessment technician through the Kaplan/ITA Mold Assessment Course.  Ron is a Certified Mold Assessment technician with the Environmental Solutions Association.      

 

 

 In addition to his experience as a home and building inspector, Ron's experience includes home construction, renovation and maintenance.  He also has over 12 years of experience in distribution center operations management which includes facility maintenance and repair.  His experience at HABITEC includes home inspections on homes ranging from new to over 100 years old and from 9000 square feet to 1000 square feet.  His Commercial building inspection experience includes distribution centers, office buildings, retail building, club houses, churches, recording studios and warehouses.  He has successfully completed numerous mold assessments and helped many clients solve issues in their buildings with indoor air quality.

 

Ron is the Chief Inspector and Business Manager at HABITEC.  Ron was instrumental in starting HABITEC from scratch in 2005.
