HABITEC COMPLETES PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF
100 YEAR OLD CHURCH
HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of a Commercial Building Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on a 100 year old 10,000 square foot Church in Nashville, Tennessee! The PCA was completed by Ron Rittiner, Chief Inspector and Business Manager, Richard Acree, President and Rick Cozby, Associate Inspector at HABITEC. Ron Rittiner was the Inspector of Record.
The original concrete block framed building was constructed in approximately 1900 with an annex added to the rear of the Church in 1951.
The original sanctuary is capable of seating approximately 250 people and there is a basement below for a fellowship hall.
All major systems were inspected including the roof, exterior shell, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
The HVAC system consisted of one furnace for the sanctuary building and wall mounted electrical heat units for the annex.
The electrical system is a challenging 3-phase surface mast mounted system.
The exterior shell of the building is constructed of stone, and brick. The roof is a gable and hip design with composite shingles.
HABITEC was able to complete this PCA in a manner to comply with the Clients time constraints.

HABITEC Completes Property Condition Assessment of
18,000 Square Feet Church
HABITEC is pleased to announce the completion of a Commercial Building Property Condition Assessment (PCA) for an 18,000 square feet Church. Ron Rittiner, Chief Inspector and Business Manager, and Richard Acree, President of HABITEC, completed the PCA. Ron Rittiner was the Inspector of Record. 
The steel framed building was constructed in 2005/2006. It contains a sanctuary and balcony capable of seating 500, classrooms, offices, a choir/orchestra room, gymnasium and kitchen.
The building contains very interesting electrical and HVAC systems. The electrical system is a sophisticated and complex 120-480 VAC, 3-phase system with eight electrical panels, surge protectors and a security system. The HVAC system includes eight main electric components consisting of four package systems and four split systems. Capacities of these systems ranges from 5,000 tons to 20,000 tons.
The exterior shell of the building is constructed of stone, brick and EIFS stucco. The roof is a gable and hip design with composite shingles.
HABITEC was able to complete this PCA in a manner to comply with the Clients time constraints.
