RECREATIONAL CLUB HOUSES

HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, offers inspections on recreational club houses such as those at Home Owner Associations, tennis clubs and golf courses.  The building shown in the picture below was inspected by Richard Acree as the Inspector of Record with Ron Rittiner assisting.

This is a two story structure with a basement level that opens to a pool.  The site included a parking lot and grounds.

Services included in this project included a walk-through survey, key personnel interview, an inspection of roads, grounds and parking lot, a Tier II ADA Compliance survey, and an Opinion of Probably Costs (Estimate) for roof repair.

For the Opinion of Probable Costs for roof repair HABITEC arranged for the estimates and eventual selection of a contractor to re-surface the roof.  HABITEC pre-selected the contractors, interviewed them for their qualifications, contacted their references, met with the contractors on site for them to see the roof project, accepted their estimates and presented the results to the HOA Board of Directors with a recommendation for selection.  After the roof project was completed HABITEC inspected the roof for reasonable compliance with generally accepted installation methods.

Commercial Building Inspections are available for properties including Apartments, Offices, Retail Buildings, Industrial Distribution Centers, Recording Studios, Churches, Gas Stations, WarehousesRecreation Buildings (i.e. Neighborhood Club/Pool Houses) and more.
