| RECORDING STUDIOS  This 9600 square feet recording studio and office complex recently changed ownership in a multi-million dollar real estate transaction. Located near Music Row and downtown Nashville, this upgraded facility was inspected by Ron Rittiner, Chief Inspector and Business Manager, and Richard Acree, President, of HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC. Ron Rittiner was the Inspector of Record for this important project.
HABITEC worked on behalf of the buyers, Black River Music Company, to complete the Inspection over a weekend so as not to interfere with scheduled recording events.
Noteworthy in this structure were the complex and sophisticated HVAC and electrical systems. These systems were specifically designed and modified for the intricate and sensitive needs of a first class recording studio. HABITEC Inspectors clearly and completely mapped out the capabilities of each of these systems so the buyer could see exactly how the building would work for their needs.
HABITEC Inspectors also evaluated the property for radon and mold.
